Job Summary

• Perform daily inspections of the facility and its operating systems to detect malfunctions and complete routine preventive maintenance.
• Conduct skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Manage administrative functions including maintaining logs, initiating purchase requisitions, and monitoring the Building Management System.
