Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our Field Service Team as Application Engineers. This role is suitable for junior to mid-level candidates with 3–5 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, or application engineering environments. The role involves providing customer support, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of AEM equipment and systems, with a strong focus on application development and technical solution support. You will work under close supervision while ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with company and customer standards. ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be supporting application solutions for AEM customers, mainly across Asia. This includes: Providing on-site and remote technical support for customer applications Supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system recovery activities Defining technical requirements, scoping solutions, and supporting quotation activities Coordinating with Engineering and Production for technical execution Managing application board design, assembly, testing, and validation Developing, debugging, and validating test programs Supporting solution release, acceptance testing, deployment, and sustaining activities You will also contribute to the development of a Technical Center of Excellence in Singapore for applications and electronic equipment, including: Supporting technical operations and field service excellence Assisting in planning, resource coordination, and operational execution Supporting documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Job RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics, semiconductor, field service, or application engineering Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, metrology, and test systems Experience in customer support, field service, or application engineering roles Project coor
