Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, including reporting accidents, preventing skin breakdown, and maintaining the confidentiality of all resident health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have

Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Assist with lifting and transporting residents
