Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) recruitment at MaintainX.
  • You will lead and develop the EPD Talent team, manage a personal portfolio of senior and leadership searches, and oversee the operational framework of the EPD recruitment function.
  • You will build the structure this team needs to scale: coverage models, pipeline review cadences, capacity planning, and consistent interview processes across three distinct functions.
