Job Summary

  • The Engagement Manager will guide customers through the deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue management for Workday products.
  • This role requires ensuring successful implementation on some of the largest projects for the Government customer base while managing to the agreed upon budget.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Workday's Implementation Methodology and possess full project P&L ownership within 12 months.

Salary

Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Primary); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Additional locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP implementations
  • Experience with Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar applications
  • Solid grasp of Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Services Procurement business areas
  • Managing medium to large enterprise government customer base deployments
  • Budget management and SOW delivery within agreed timeframes

Nice-to-have

  • Public sector business development experience
  • Previous service sales experience
  • Strong conflict management and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
  • Prior consulting experience with software companies

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level
  • 6+ years of project managing Medium and/or Large Enterprise ERP implementations
  • 8+ years for Principal Engagement Manager (P5) track
  • Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ultimate, or Lawson
  • Demonstrable experience in Federal, State & Local Government sectors
