  • Promotes Halifax Health, Health services (hospice, palliative and supportive care) in the community through educational in-services.
  • Serves as a liaison with physicians’ offices, health care facilities, hospitals and community groups.
  • Educate and be an ongoing resource of skilled care and end-of-life care and services offered by Halifax Health-Hospice and to the medical and non-medical community.
