Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Electrophysiology or Cardiac Ablation experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years experience
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce

Nice-to-have

  • IBHRE or RCES certification preferred
  • Biomedical engineering or nursing degree
  • Experience teaching medical personnel
  • Project management practices knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years EP experience
  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or Nursing with 5 years experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
  • U.S. work authorization (sponsorship available for Principal level)
  • IBHRE/RCES certification (preferred)
