Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, partnering with regional leads to monitor adoption, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with various teams within NA and SEAA, driving adoption and embedding new ways of working by empowering boutique teams and modernizing the Point of Sale experience.
