Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7–10 years’ relevant experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare
  • 8–12+ years in medical device/diagnostics/MedTech
  • 5–7 years in national sales leadership
  • Field sales experience
  • Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, capital equipment, surgical equipment, or digital health
  • Familiarity with South African public and private healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding national sales targets
  • Team leadership experience
  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SAHPRA, SAMED, MedTech Europe, POPIA)
  • Strong relationships with procurement managers, hospital administrators, clinical users, and distributors
  • Hybrid eligible work location
  • May include up to 30% National/international travel
  • Requires driving a company vehicle
