Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
7–10 years’ relevant experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare
8–12+ years in medical device/diagnostics/MedTech
5–7 years in national sales leadership
Field sales experience
Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, capital equipment, surgical equipment, or digital health
Familiarity with South African public and private healthcare sectors
Proven track record in meeting/exceeding national sales targets
Team leadership experience
Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SAHPRA, SAMED, MedTech Europe, POPIA)
Strong relationships with procurement managers, hospital administrators, clinical users, and distributors
Hybrid eligible work location
May include up to 30% National/international travel
