M&T Bank is seeking an Operational Accounting Associate III to perform timely reconciliations and financial reporting, as well as to resolve complex accounting issues. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED

Job Summary

  • Timely and accurate reconciliation and reporting of assigned portfolio activity to ensure accurate Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Perform problem resolution to identify issues and escalate as appropriate, including research to resolve aged items and system outages.
  • Communicate with internal cross-functional areas, business partners and investors to assist in resolution of routine inquiries/issues.
