Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, project management, communications, or related field
• Relevant experience in project management, PMO, operations, project controls, finance, capability building, training, or organizational change
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through
• Curiosity and learning agility
• Ability to connect data to business meaning
• Strong interpersonal skills and political awareness
• Experience creating training content, user-facing communications, or enablement materials is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with project financial concepts, dashboards, reporting tools, and PM systems is helpful
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, consulting, or professional services environments is a plus
