Job Summary

  • Provide time-limited, goal–orientated care for people who have a physical disability, are frail, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury or illness to regain and /or maintain optimal function.
  • You will work collaboratively with clients and carers to support and empower them to remain as independent as they can and remain socially active within their communities.
  • A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs Confidential, solutions-focused employee counselling A healthy work/life balance encouraged.
