Job Summary
The Assistant Human Resources Officer will handle HR related activities within the country/operation and may directly supervise, coach and guide locally recruited staff.
Incumbent will assist in staffing and budget reviews, recruitment and appointment of staff, and in performance management and staff welfare issues.
The role requires close collaboration with various UNHCR staff-related services at headquarters and provides strategic oversight of recruitment and talent acquisition across the MCO.
