Must-have

  • Strata or Property insurance experience
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation
  • Mentoring junior brokers

  • Client visitation and strategic relationship management

  • Genuine interest in mentoring
  • Strong technical knowledge across liability lines
  • Ability to balance operational leadership with client oversight

Key Requirements

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
  • Prior broking or underwriting experience within Strata or Property insurance
  • Approval to work in Australia required
  • Criminal & Bankruptcy check clearance prior to commencement
