Job Summary
Ensure the correct preparation of the room for the acceptance of bets and for play on entertainment machines.
Coordinate game acceptance operations, collection and payment of winnings, as well as activities such as data collection, emptying and recharging entertainment machines, solving technical problems, programming monitors, correct display of informational material, supervision of compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and contracts, supervision and control of compliance with prohibitions provided for by law.
Ensure the proper functioning of SELF terminals and customer satisfaction also through maintaining the decorum of the agency and providing information on the schedules relating to products, services and products offered, in compliance with company directives and procedures.
