Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and helping to build the small business/select function on the New England Employee Benefits team.
Oversees the Select Business sales, service, and marketing process, for New England clients directly impacting Company revenue, expense, and market utilization goals.
Develops and executes a strategic plan to build appropriate pathways for Select Business by market/state as well as M&A opportunities.
