Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MD degree required
8+ years scientific leadership experience
Urology or Critical Care clinical practice
Medical device industry experience preferred
Track record of original research and publications
Nice-to-have
Experience as external scientific spokesperson
Developed clinical research studies for regulatory approval
Inclusive leader with strong negotiation skills
Ability to lead teams through structural change
Strong communicator simplifying complex issues
