As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at MarqVision, you will play a critical role in the onboarding journey of new clients.
You will partner with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Brand Protection Specialists (BPS), and clients to ensure successful pre-sales assessments, onboarding execution, and long-term success.

Base: $70,000–$100,000; Bonus/Equity: equity opportunities; Benefits: health benefits and other perks

Must-have
coordinate pre-sales assessments
ensure clients have required IP rights
recommend appropriate package and pricing
serve as Project Manager for customer onboarding
coordinate onboarding tasks between CSMs and BPS
guide customers through activation calls
lead BPS training and contribute to process documentation
establish initial client workflows
maintain detailed onboarding documentation
Nice-to-have
experience with online brand protection
familiarity with training or documentation development
resilience and reliability when managing recurring tasks
comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, intellectual property rights management, or related fields
Strong understanding of IP rights, brand protection, or legal processes preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
