• Experience with laboratory equipment, analytical methods, and instrumentation
• Familiarity with documentation routines (LIMS)
• Experience with quality systems (LEAN) and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high accuracy
• Good organizational skills and effective time management
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish
• Satisfactory knowledge of English
• Physical ability to work with prescribed PPE
