Job Summary
Receive, evaluate, and coordinate release of information requests from all requestors submitted by mail, fax, phone, and/or in-person.
Complete release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical charts and returning charts, copying and/or scanning medical records accurately and correctly, and preparing documentation for delivery either electronically or by mail.
