Base: $225,000 - $337,500 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match and insurance

Must-have
15+ years advising on trading and derivatives
Deep expertise in U.S. markets regulation
Experience negotiating ISDA and GMRA agreements
Strong commercial fluency and negotiation skills
Ability to lead legal teams and counsel executives

Key Requirements
