Job Summary

  • This role supports the implementation, operationalization, and ongoing optimization of Application, Technology, Services portfolio with a focus on CSDM‑aligned architecture, accurate application and service modeling, using Service Mapping.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, can translate business and architectural requirements into platform‑ready specifications, and partners closely with enterprise architecture, platform, operations, & business teams to drive portfolio‑level outcomes.

Must-have

  • Enterprise Architecture Portfolio Management (APM)
  • CSDM-aligned architecture
  • ServiceNow APM or CMDB experience
  • ServiceNow Discovery and/or Service Mapping
  • Technology product model management
  • Business Services and Service Offerings modeling

Nice-to-have

  • Translate technical concepts to business language
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams
  • Support enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience with TOGAF, TBM, ITIL frameworks

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in a ServiceNow APM‑ or CMDB‑focused role
  • Strong experience with CSDM concepts and implementation
  • Experience with Technology product model management
  • Experience defining or supporting Business Services and Service Offerings
  • Strong understanding of CSDM/CMDB architecture, data quality principles, and governance practices
  • Working knowledge of general ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Experience with aligning tools based on industry standards & frameworks
  • Experience supporting functional and user acceptance testing
  • Preferred ServiceNow certifications
