Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Health Care Aide program
  • Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
  • Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g., lifting/transferring clients)
  • Provide complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check
