Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to gather deep insights into users’ needs, behaviors, and motivations, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver strong strategic recommendations.
Communicate research results clearly and concisely through detailed reports and presentations to influence decision-making and guide design strategies, while mentoring junior researchers and championing a culture of excellence and UX.
