Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
Follow facility policies and procedures governing medication administration, including noting and reporting errors, and assisting in prevention strategies.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacists, and report resident complaints to the Director of Nursing Services.
