Job Summary

• The IT Systems Analyst will solve complex problems relating to computer hardware and software, utilize enterprise systems tools to administer services, and provide support for biomedical system integrations, troubleshooting, and workflows.
• Provide end-user support, fulfilling requests and troubleshooting hardware/software incidents, and address complex technical issues escalated from Support Services technicians and Service Desk.
• Work within Azure infrastructure and provide Office 365 administrative responsibilities, performing cloud-based infrastructure administrative tasks.
