Job Summary
Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Completes transactions in accordance with Pennsylvania’s RAMP standards.
Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, communicating inventory or equipment needs to Stand Lead as needed to replenish supplies.

Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, speak and write English
Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Punctual and dependable
Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
Sufficient mobility for extended periods of standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage services
