Must-have
5+ years government cloud platform experience
10+ years multi-tier application architecture
Federal proposal and whitepaper authoring
Agile frameworks Scrum and SAFe leadership
Army C5ISR ecosystem solutioning experience
DevSecOps pipeline and infrastructure automation
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative problem solving for complex environments
Experience with ECMA and GCSS-Army systems
Ability to lead market offering creation
Familiarity with RMF acceleration processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Certified Scrum Master or agile certification required
TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly strongly preferred
Public trust or DoD clearance possession or ability to obtain
Willingness to travel 10-15% including SCIFs
