7+ years progressive engineering experience
6 Sigma Green Belt certification minimum
ISO and QSR regulatory knowledge
FDA regulations compliance expertise
Root cause analysis and statistical methods

Master's degree in engineering field
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience leading direct reports
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Requirements
