Join our Public Finance and Infrastructure Teams as a Paralegal, supporting attorneys through all phases of public finance transactions.
Responsibilities include drafting and revising documents, managing closings, supporting due diligence, filing reports, and maintaining transaction databases.
This role will be based in one of our U.S. offices on a hybrid basis or on a remote basis, with regular in-office presence required.
