  • 7+ years relevant experience (BS)
  • 5+ years relevant experience (MS)
  • 3+ years relevant experience (PhD)
  • Broad experience in ML, structural biology, biochemistry
  • Proficiency with deep learning for proteins
  • Hands-on experience with structure prediction/design
  • Extensive hands-on experience with protein antigen design/engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of protein structure/structural biology
  • Experience with protein biochemistry techniques
  • Experience with molecular biology techniques
  • Strong Python experience
  • Software engineering practices
  • Data management and shared compute resource usage
