  • Lead the preparation of materials and strategic narratives for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee (HCCC) and partner directly with C-suite executives on executive pay strategy.
  • Own the drafting of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) for the annual proxy statement, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and managing Say-on-Pay readiness.
  • Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans, balancing talent attraction/retention with fiscal discipline around Stock-Based Compensation expense.
