Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited school of nursing, pharmacy, or medical school
Registered nurse, pharmacist, physician's assistant or physician
Two years clinical experience preferred
Applicable state license to practice required
BLS required
Obtain certification as Certified Specialist in Poison Information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keyboard skills preferred
