Job Summary
Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help plant achieve Zero accidents and Incidents.
Implement initiatives for reduction of electrical consumption, water, and recycling or minimization of flexible plastic generation.
Track and analyze KPIs and KAIs of local management with monthly reporting.
