This internal position provides thought leadership to the Baker Tilly tax practice and clients regarding compensation and benefits taxation.
The role involves providing technical support on issues such as golden parachutes, deferred compensation, and equity compensation while drafting tax alerts.
Successful candidates will enjoy a predominately steady schedule without large peaks of busy season typical in other tax roles.

National range: $109,460 to $207,530; California range: $115,900 to $207,530; Comprehensive benefits package included

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or law required
