Job Summary

  • You will manage the portfolio to meet the clients KPI's under the contract, ensure all lease data is abstracted and approved in the systems, and monitor critical dates to ensure all lease events are actioned in accordance with the Lease and service levels agreed with the client.
  • Ensure all data changes are accurately documented, approved and installed in the system; develop or enhance existing field manuals for all the processing functions, including rent review, building inspections, reporting, updating Portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • Post-Graduates (Commerce / Finance Background) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of six (6) years' industry experience
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting
  • Experience in using a property management/lease administration system
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with and report to multiple point of contacts and multiple projects
  • Strong team management and finance skills including project planning
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
