• Provide senior-level coordination and technical leadership for Operational Excellence (OE) Risk Management & Assurance (RM&A) and compliance activities within the Technology, Projects & Execution (TPE) organization.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, assurance plans, and tracking tools and systems, monitor and report risk and assurance performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or OE coordination
• Strong knowledge of OEMS frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance standards
• Proficiency in digital tools for risk and compliance tracking
• Clear and effective communication for training and reporting
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
