Advocate Health is seeking an IT Systems Engineer Associate for a fully remote position focused on supporting Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of technical support experience and will work closely with the IT Help Desk to resolve issues and improve processes within the Advocate Health computing environment

Job Summary

  • This position is a primary break-fix and escalation resource for the SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage environments in the Advocate Health Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of technical support experience that includes the Microsoft 365 suite of applications as well as the Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote desktop applications.
