Provides direct supervision of residents in the Robert N. Barnes Regional Juvenile Facility during all program operations, actively monitoring them during academic, therapeutic, and other scheduled activities.
Ensures the safety and security of residents through maintaining control, guidance, and adherence to state and federal laws, TJJD standards, and departmental policies.
Conducts various duties including security checks, report writing, medication dispensing, resident orientation, counseling, and participating in disciplinary hearings and court testimony as needed.
