Job Summary

  • Lead the design, implementation and day-to-day management and compliance of CrowdStrike’s health, risk, retirement, perks and allowances, and time-off programs for Canada and LATAM region.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendors, and ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements.
