Must-have
3-5 years experience in customer service or logistics
Fluent in Korean and proficient in English

Ability to coordinate internal technical teams and suppliers

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in customer service, logistics or sales coordination
Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain or Customer Service are an advantage
