Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires working the night shift from 11pm to 7am while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and maintaining a safe environment.
