The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and feeding while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to prevent pressure areas, report any changes in condition immediately, and ensure a calm and positive environment throughout the unit.
