Job Summary

  • As the largest Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore, we provide faster growth, stronger capabilities, a competitive edge across the entire deal continuum.
  • Lead the delivery of IT due diligence, IT post-merger integration and IT separation/carve-out assignments from inception to completion including project management and report writing.
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above.
