The Director Business Performance is a critical site leadership role responsible for advancing the strategic, operational, and cultural performance of the Amgen Rhode Island (ARI) site.
This leader serves as a trusted advisor and integral member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), owning site-wide strategy execution, business performance management, and enterprise-level initiatives that enhance resilience, productivity, and execution excellence.
