Job Summary

  • Lead the enterprise management and execution of all HCRO funding (including IME) across USMA and external partners, translating therapeutic-area strategies into high‑integrity grants, sponsorships, and other funding mechanisms while driving funding excellence and cross-organizational alignment.
  • Ensure executional excellence and compliance with GSK policy and external standards (OIG, FDA, PhRMA, ACCME) by overseeing Smartsheet/GMS/third‑party platforms, payment services, data interfaces, external web/email channels, and transparent statutory reporting.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing team; set clear goals and optimize resource allocation across therapeutic areas and funding types.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Eight or more years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Two or more years of leadership/complex program management experience
  • Three or more years of HCRO funding experience
