Lead the enterprise management and execution of all HCRO funding (including IME) across USMA and external partners, translating therapeutic-area strategies into high‑integrity grants, sponsorships, and other funding mechanisms while driving funding excellence and cross-organizational alignment.
Ensure executional excellence and compliance with GSK policy and external standards (OIG, FDA, PhRMA, ACCME) by overseeing Smartsheet/GMS/third‑party platforms, payment services, data interfaces, external web/email channels, and transparent statutory reporting.
Lead, coach and develop a high performing team; set clear goals and optimize resource allocation across therapeutic areas and funding types.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field
Eight or more years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
