Must-have
Human T-cell isolation and culture
Lentiviral transduction and gene editing
Flow cytometry panel design and analysis
Functional assays for engineered cell therapies
Molecular methods including PCR and NGS prep
Data analytics and experimental design
Biosafety level 2 and research GxP compliance
Nice-to-have
Cross-functional team collaboration
Mentoring and communication skills
Experience with armored and logic-gated CARs
Familiarity with AML disease
Scale-up and comparability evaluations
Key Requirements
PhD in immunology, cell biology, or related field or MS with 2–3+ years impact
Experience advancing CAR-T candidates to preclinical packages
Compliance with biosafety level 2 and animal ethics (IACUC)
Research GxP awareness and data integrity standards
