Job Summary

• Responsible for managing daily parking transactions and assisting customers at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.
• Processes credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices and provides parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.
• Requires excellent customer service skills, computer or technology literacy, and the ability to pass a background check including credit history.
