Employees must ensure correct resident information is used when assisting with activities like meals and ALDS while reporting all changes in condition promptly.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information and immediately notifying supervisors of any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
