  • Performs work of moderate to complex nutrition case management of medically high risk individuals including physician prescribed dietary and nutrition regimens and intensive counseling (Medical Nutrition Therapy/MNT).
  • Assesses basic and/or MNT nutrition status of individuals and develops a basic an/or MNT nutrition plan appropriate for each client or client group according to programmatic criteria with increased independence.
